Overview

By purchasing from AquaDome™, you agree to these terms of sale. AquaDome™ products are sold by AquaDome, based in Southern California. These terms apply to all purchases made through myaquadome.com.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time of order.

Shipping

AquaDome™ systems ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, and product availability. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

AquaDome™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the package has been handed off for delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less return shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact us at info@myaquadome.com with your order number.

Opened or installed products are non-returnable except in cases of a documented manufacturing defect.

Warranty

AquaDome™ products carry a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, modification, or use outside of the operating parameters specified in the product documentation.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the defect.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
